摘要

Abstract

A new strategy has been developed for the synthesis of internal alkynes in aqueous media via the coupling of aryl iodides with terminal alkynes, catalyzed by a PdCl₂–polar arylphosphine ligand system. The developed procedure was used to synthesize of acetylenic benzamides in mild conditions and high yields of 85–93%.
