Abstract <p>An environmentally friendly synthesis of pyranopyrazole derivatives <b>5a</b>–<b>5c</b> containing an indole, furan, or thiophene nucleus using a reusable green catalyst, green solvent, and multicomponent domino technique is reported. This method involves a simple workup and provides high yields and purity of the products. The newly synthesized compounds were evaluated for their antioxidant, antibacterial, and anti­tubercular activities. Particularly, thiophene derivative <b>5c</b> showed the highest antioxidant activity, while compound <b>5a</b> exhibited the best antimicrobial and antitubercular properties. The findings suggest that these compounds can be used as a basis for further research in order to discover novel antioxidant, antibacterial, and antitubercular drugs.</p>
