Abstract

This passage provides a summary of the raw materials and the underlying principles for the synthesis of polyurethane materials. It also outlines both traditional and environmentally friendly approaches to polyurethane production. The traditional methods encompass one-shot, prepolymer, and semi-prepolymer techniques, while the green synthesis methods involve the use of carbamates and bicyclic carbonates. This paper summarizes the synthesis route at home and abroad, summarizes the shortcomings and deficiencies of traditional synthesis methods, and combined with the development trend at home and abroad, puts forward a new route based on waste recycling and green synthesis of polyurethane elastomer, to provide a new idea for the recovery and high-value utilization of waste resources.
