Abstract <p>10-Azacorroles were reacted with large excess isoamyl nitrite to obtain the tri-NO<sub>2</sub>-10-azacorroles and the tetra-NO<sub>2</sub>-10-azacorroles in moderate yields. The structures of all the products were characterized thoroughly by NMR, HRMS, and X-ray crystallographic analysis.</p>

Abstract
