Abstract <p>Hydrazides of some aromatic and alkylaromatic carboxylic acids were obtained. Their reactions with dialkyl chloroethynylphosphonate were studied. It was shown that the reactions proceed chemo- and regioselectively with the formation of the corresponding 1,3,4-oxadiazoles in high yields.</p>
