Sustainable Approach to 4-Aminoantipyrine Schiff Bases Using a Single Screw Drill Reactor

Abstract
A sustainable approach to synthesis of 4-aminoantipyrine based shiff bases by reaction between 4-aminoantipyrine and aldehydes has been developed by means of a single screw drill (SSD) as an alternative to conventional methods. The advantages of this method are the short time of the reaction, solvent-free conditions, low E-factor and high yield of the obtained products.
