Synthesis and Some Properties of 5-Alkylsulfinyl- and 5-Alkylsulfonyl-1H-tetrazoles
摘要
Abstract
The reaction of 5-alkylsulfanyl-1H-tetrazoles with H2O2 in acetonitrile under microwave activation conditions and in the presence of phosphomolybdic acid as a catalyst was studied. It was shown that 5-alkylsulfinyl- or 5-alkylsulfonyl-1H-tetrazoles were formed with good yields depending on temperature and oxidant concentration. The above compounds are stable in strongly acidic media and easily react with alcohols and unsaturated compounds to form 2-substituted 5-alkylsulfinyl- or 5-alkylsulfonyltetrazoles.
