Photothermal Catalysts for CO2 Hydrogenation to CO (A Review)
摘要
With the escalating global focus on environmental and energy challenges, the conversion and utilization of CO2 have emerged as a pivotal research area. Numerous researchers are actively engaged in the conversion of CO2 to CO, a process that offers both climatic and economic advantages, thereby demonstrating substantial developmental potential. Catalysis utilizing photo-thermal energy has demonstrated the capability to achieve efficient CO2 conversion at reduced temperatures. Currently, there is a lack of consensus regarding the potential reaction mechanisms linking the structure and performance of catalysts, and review articles in this field are relatively limited. In this paper, we systematically review the design, synthesis, and underlying mechanisms of catalysts utilized in CO2 photothermal catalytic reactions for the past ten years, providing valuable insights and guidance for the development of highly efficient photothermal catalysts.
