Abstract <p>A series of ureas and substituted parabanic acids containing monoterpene and adamantane fragments were synthesized. It was found that urea containing a (–)-menthone residue, as well as an imidazolidine-2,4,5-trione derivative with a (+)-campholenaldehyde moiety, exhibit analgesic activity.</p>
