Synthesis of Substituted 5-Amino-3-(R-carbonyl)-1-(2-oxoethylidene)-6,7,8,9-tetrahydrobenzo[4,5]thieno[3,2-e]pyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrimidin-2(1H)-ones with Antinociceptive Activity

Abstract
The reactions of 2-[2-oxofuran3(2H)-ylideneamino]-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzo[b]thiophene-3-carbonitriles with different substituted 3-oxopropanenitriles were studied. The structure of the finally isolated compounds was confirmed by IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy and the elemental analysis. The obtained compounds were screened in vivo to evaluate their biological activity and acute toxicity. According to the results, the studied compounds have a pronounced antinociceptive activity, which is higher than the activity of the comparison drug, and the acute toxicity evaluation indicates that they belong to the practically non-toxic drugs.
