Synthesis and Properties of Methyl Esters of 3-Alkyl-5-diethylamino(morpholino)methyl-1H-pyrazolyl-1-acetic Acids

Abstract
3-alkyl-5-diethylamino(morpholino)methyl-1H-pyrazolyl-1-acetic acid methyl esters were synthesized via 3-alkyl-5-diethylamino(morpholino)methyl-1H-pyrazolyl-1-acetic acid and monochloroacetic acid methyl esters. The compounds synthesized were employed in the reactions with ammonia, hydrazine hydrate and KOH to produce new functional derivatives of 3-alkyl-5-diethylamino(morpholino)methyl-1H-pyrazoles. We identified that the functional derivatives of pyrazoles synthesized are biologically active substances.
