Guidance of a Vehicle with a Controlled Thrust Vector to a Given Landing Site with Minimal Fuel Consumption
摘要
Abstract
The problem of guiding a vehicle to a specified landing position above the surface of a planet is considered. Using the Pontryagin’s maximum principle, the optimal control problem is reduced to a boundary value problem for a system of nonlinear differential equations. A qualitative analysis of the optimal phase trajectories of the system is carried out, with their properties established and illustrated through numerical simulation results. The domains in the plane of phase variables from which the terminal set can be reached are analytically described. A synthesis of the optimal control is constructed.
