A Systems Approach to Building an Educational Environment in Artificial Intelligence Engineering Using Cognitive-Semantic Integration

This study aims to develop a methodology for meaning-centered organization of the educational process in artificial intelligence engineering. Its key component is a hierarchical system of metric conceptual templates (HMCT), which structures learning goals, objectives, and methods, with educational content built as a series of adaptive semantic trajectories. The novelty lies in the creation of a new type of educational environment architecture, where digital resources serve as an instrumental shell, and the semantic core is formed through HMCT. A supporting element is the virtual computer laboratory (VCL), which provides access to modern tools and interactive practices. Pilot testing showed that this cognitive-semantic architecture increases student engagement, enhances knowledge interpretation, and promotes the development of engineering thinking.
