Abstract <p>Under conditions of high uncertainty and complexity in production processes, intelligent control systems are essential. Multi-agent systems (MAS) provide flexible and resilient management through autonomous software agents that coordinate actions across all levels. They enable dynamic adaptation to failures, demand fluctuations, and raw material instability, ensuring rapid reconfiguration and customization. The implementation of MAS demonstrates improved efficiency, scalability, and enterprise readiness for transformation into a Smart Factory, fully integrable with ERP systems.</p>
