Abstract <p>In this work, a comprehensive approach was developed for processing high-dimensional medical data, with special attention given to addressing the issue of imbalanced observation-to-feature ratios. The key goal of our study is to construct a universal pipeline designed to extract stable patterns and potential biomarkers under conditions of limited observations and high data dimensionality.</p>
