Abstract
The article considers the functional and structural organization of the adaptive multi-agent intelligent system designed to solve complex problems in an uncertain and dynamic environment. It describes the mathematical model of intelligent software agents, multi-agent deep reinforcement learning algorithms, and the distributed knowledge base management system that can adapt to changing conditions and respond appropriately to situations that arise when there are not enough computing resources.
