Supercomputer Modeling of Interaction Processes of Different-Material Metal Nanoclusters
摘要
Abstract
The work is devoted to modeling the processes of creating metal composites from nanoclusters of various materials by supersonic cold gas dynamic spraying. The relevance of the research is determined by the need to develop the appropriate mathematical apparatus and parallel software tools. The final stage of the process, when individual metal clusters interact with each other, is analyzed using methods of molecular dynamics. An example is the interaction of copper and nickel nanoclusters when creating a fragment of the chip’s feed track. The results obtained confirmed the effectiveness of the developed parallel computing procedure.
