Abstract

The \({{e}^{ + }}{{e}^{ - }} \to {{K}_{S}}{{K}_{L}}\) cross section is measured in the center-of-mass energy range from 1000 to 1100 MeV in the experiment with the SND detector at the VEPP-2000 collider. The \(\phi (1020)\) mass and width and the product of the branching fractions \(B(\phi \to {{K}_{S}}{{K}_{L}})B(\phi \to {{e}^{ + }}{{e}^{ - }})\) are determined from the fit to the measured cross section in the vector meson dominance model.
