Abstract
This paper presents a research computer infrastructure for working with experimental MRI/fMRI data of the human or laboratory animal brain: a system for processing and analyzing neurocognitive data, using the NRC KI supercomputer as a computing resource; additional software services that implement proprietary methods and algorithms for working with data based on the IAP “Digital Laboratory”; system for working with MRI/fMRI data on the HybriLIT platform.
