TAIGA-100 Astrophysical Complex—Status and Opportunities for Deployment in Russia
摘要
Abstract
This paper describes the project of the large-scale TAIGA-100 astrophysical complex designed to solve a wide range of fundamental problems of gamma-ray astronomy and cosmic-ray physics. The astroclimate of potential sites for its deployment is analyzed. The importance of in situ measurements based on automatic monitoring is emphasized. The prototype astroclimatic station deployed in the area of the operating TAIGA-1 complex and the first results obtained using this station are described.
