Abstract <p>This paper presents the results of a series of independent measurements of the cross sections of proton reactions on aluminum nuclei with the yield of <sup>22</sup>Na, <sup>24</sup>Na, and <sup>7</sup>Be nuclides at a proton energy of 50&#xa0;GeV at the U-70 accelerator complex of the NRC Kurchatov Institute—IHEP. The experiment was carried out using a monitor reaction on natural copper <sup>nat</sup>Cu(p,x)<sup>24</sup>Na.</p>

Abstract

This paper presents the results of a series of independent measurements of the cross sections of proton reactions on aluminum nuclei with the yield of 22Na, 24Na, and 7Be nuclides at a proton energy of 50 GeV at the U-70 accelerator complex of the NRC Kurchatov Institute—IHEP. The experiment was carried out using a monitor reaction on natural copper natCu(p,x)24Na.
