Simulation of Dipole Magnets for the Medical Accelerator Complex Luch-Proton

Abstract
This paper is devoted to the presentation of the results of simulation of warm dipole magnets on the basis of numerical methods. The presented models of dipole magnets were created for a radiation therapy medical complex that developed within the “Luch-Proton” project. On the basis of the numerical modeling of the magnetic field, the electrotechnical parameters have been calculated, the weight and size characteristics were prescribed, and the possibility of flexible adjustment for yoke elements and copper coils for varying the technical requirements was provided.
