Tunnel Spin Current in Superferromagnets
摘要
The arrays of superparamagnets—SPMAs—with direct exchange interaction between superparamagnetic particles—SPMs (e.g., magnetized atomic nuclei or clusters)—are shown to exhibit ferromagnetic type of supermoment coupling and superferromagnetic—SFM—structure. As a result the SPMAs display jerky magnetodynamics with sharp discontinuities in the magnetization process. Such stepwise features in magnetodynamics originate magnetoemission bursts. We argue that such SPMA features are well suited for applications in magnetoresistive sensor technologies. The disorder in magnetic SPMAs improves the detection ability at considered parameters. Novel SFM properties could provide further possibilities for magnetoresistor applications and probing the dense matter.
