Effective Matter Radii of 10,11,12Bе Nuclei Determined from Their Total Reaction Cross Sections

Abstract—
We proposed a new approach to determining the effective matter radii of colliding nuclei based on a combination of the phenomenological optical model and classical trajectories of nuclei. Calculations for the 10,11,12Bе nuclei were performed using experimental data on the total cross sections for the 10,11,12Be + 28Si reactions.
