Photoluminescence Features of g-C3N4 Thin Films in the Temperature Range of 40–327 K
摘要
Abstrac
t—Graphite-like carbon nitride thin films were synthesized by the thermal polycondensation method at 450–550°C; characterization of the samples was performed using X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and atomic force microscopy. For the first time, the features of photoluminescence spectra of the g-C3N4 thin films were investigated in the temperature range from 40 to 327 K; the processes of observed thermal quenching were quantitatively analyzed. Two thermally activated channels for non-radiative relaxation were revealed with activation energies of 9 and 147 meV.
