Sub-Bragg Spectrum of the Rayleigh Surface Acoustic Wave Scattering
摘要
Abstract—
It is obtained in the frame of topological laws of the Rayleigh wave scattering that different forms of a finite roughness forming the scattered wave phase can be used for construction of linear independent basis of scattering amplitude in sub-Bragg frequency range of scattering spectrum as a function of the Rayleigh parameter and angle of scattering, independently on roughness topology in the Rayleigh or the Laue–Bragg–Wulff limits of scattering. This spectrum of scattering can have arbitrary form on the analogy of its topological modelling of in the limits mentioned above.
