Abstract <p>Experimental results of studies of the processes accompanying the joint action of electromagnetic radiation and electrons and protons with energies of 40 and 20 keV, respectively, on K-208 glass samples in a vacuum of 10<sup>–4</sup> Pa are presented. The analysis of the irradiated surfaces of the samples by atomic force microscopy revealed the formation of traces of electrostatic discharges and gas-filled bubbles on them.</p>
