Installation for Surface Alloy Formation on Long Cylindrical Components Using Pulsed Electron Beam Treatment of Deposited Coatings
摘要
Abstract—
The design of an installation intended for the formation of surface alloys on long cylindrical components is described. Some characteristics of the source of radially converging, low-energy (5–20 keV), high-current electron beams with µs pulse duration and the inverted cylindrical magnetron sputtering system, which are part of the installation, are presented.
