Influence of Conductive Element Design on Impedance and Strain-Sensitive Properties of Polymer Nanocomposite
摘要
Abstract
A sensing element of a strain gauge based on an epoxy binder with a hybrid carbon nanofiller has been developed. It is shown that the transition from a six-contact to a two-contact design enhances anisotropy and complicates the relaxation behavior, reflecting changes in morphology and the conductive network. The technological parameters have been optimized to ensure stable sensor operation.
