Abstract <p>The influence of the deposition temperature of amorphous FeCoSiB films on the magnetoelectric properties of composite structures was studied. It was found that an increase in the synthesis temperature leads to a significant decrease in the magnetoelectric response and an increase in the coercive field of the films.</p>
