High-Sensitivity Inductive Sensors with Resonant Differential Filters and STM32 Microcontroller for Magnetic Particle Detection
摘要
Abstract
A high-sensitivity inductive sensor for detecting composite particles with different Fe3O4 phase contents based on differential resonance circuit with planar coils, controlled by STM32 microcontroller is developed. The measurements demonstrate a nearly linear dependence of the output voltage on the concentration of magnetic phase, with a sensitivity amounting to about 14 mV/wt %.
