Analysis of Large Forbush Effects in the 25th Cycle Based on Data from Neutron Monitors and Muon Telescopes in Apatity and Barentsburg
摘要
Abstract—
The analysis was performed of the data obtained on two pairs of space detectors of cosmic rays: two neutron monitors 18-NM-64 and two identical muon telescopes installed in Apatity and Barentsburg. We analyzed the ratios of the counts of identical devices. This approach allows us to significantly reduce synchronous variations on the detectors and to identify small variations associated with the anisotropy of cosmic rays. The data from the muon telescopes located in the Arctic and receiving cosmic ray fluxes from the region near the north pole of the ecliptic are especially valuable.
