Application of Surface-Enhanced Raman Scattering Blood Serum Analysis in the Diagnosis of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus
摘要
Abstract
We presented an innovative approach to detecting patients with systemic lupus erythematosus based on the combination of surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy and multivariate analysis. A binary classifier was developed using the projection on the latent structure, allowing for the accurate identification of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus with an accuracy exceeding 95% based on spectral profiles of blood serum.
