Abstract <p>The problem of reconstructing the inhomogeneous acoustic characteristics of a studied object is considered. It is necessary to use data at many frequencies to suppress instability effects during reconstruction. Numerical implementation of the multi-frequency functional processing algorithm is proposed with the involvement of the constraint equations and the angular harmonic technique.</p>
