Abstract <p>The authors present a numerical mathematical model of the electric field of an induction-resistive heating system. The model is used to study the effect the location of an induction-resistive conductor with single-layer insulation has on the distribution of the electric field’s strength inside the system. The effect gradation of the electrical insulation of conductors has on the distribution of electric field’s strength is investigated as well.</p>
