Properties of Sodium-Germanate Glasses Doped by Bismuth, Thulium, and Erbium
摘要
Abstract
Sodium germanate glasses activated with Bi2O3, Tm2O3, and Er2O3 are synthesized and their properties are studied. The authors consider the effect doping components have on the physical, structural, spectral absorption, and luminescent properties of these glasses in the near IR region at different wavelengths of excitation. A mechanism is proposed for the transfer of energy between active centers.
