Electrophysical and Biological Properties of Lithium-Doped Hydroxyapatite In Vitro
摘要
Abstract
The effect of the concentration of lithium introduced into hydroxyapatites is investigated over the broad range of 1 to 20 mol %. It is shown that raising the content of Li+ ions results in a corresponding increase in the relative permittivity. The incorporation of lithium does not induce acute cytotoxicity. Rather, it enhances the proliferation of the MG-63 cell line during in vitro experiments, with observed positive dynamics over periods of up to 7 days.
