摘要

Abstract

The authors consider expanding the capabilities of X-ray fluorescence element analysis using synchrotron radiation at the Budker Institute of Nuclear Physics in order to detect light elements. The equipment and software of the Technological Station are modified. The experimental installation is described, the choice of experiment’s parameters is substantiated, and estimates are made of the minimum limit of detection for Al, Si, P, S, Cl.
