Abstract <p>A methodology is proposed for experimentally studying the electrophysical properties of steel pipes for induction-resistive heating systems. A series of experiments is performed to determine the values of specific electrical resistance, depending on the relative magnetic permeability of steel pipes with different geometric dimensions and the production technology.</p>
