Abstract <p>The angular distributions of fragments and the fission cross section of <sup>237</sup>Np by neutrons in the energy range from 0.3 MeV to 500 MeV were simultaneously measured using the neutron time-of-flight spectrometer GNEIS at the Petersburg Nuclear Physics Institute, National Research Centre “Kurchatov Institute.” This paper presents a brief description of the experimental setup and compares the data obtained with the results of experiments performed earlier.</p>
