Abstract

Imaging spectrometers allow non-contact and high-performance assessments of the distribution of an object’s physical and chemical properties, the effectiveness of which depends on the accuracy of data obtained by the device. The authors propose a way of correcting spatial-spectral distortions in images captured by an imaging spectrometer, based on dividing the optical aperture.
