Magnetism in InMnSb Films

Abstract
A study is performed of the magnetic properties of InMnSb films obtained via pulsed laser deposition. The temperature dependences of film magnetization M(T) and the magnetic hysteresis loops M(H) are measured. Analysis of the magnetic data shows that the films consisted of two magnetic subsystems: a ferromagnetic subsystem of MnSb nanoinclusions and a paramagnetic subsystem of dispersed Mn2+ ions in the InSb matrix.
