Switching Processes and Ferroelectric Hysteresis in Dense and Porous Piezoceramics in the Lead Zirconate Titanate System

Abstract
The features of switching processes and electromechanical hysteresis in porous piezoceramics in the lead zirconate titanate system were studied in comparison with those in dense piezoceramics of the same composition. It was shown that the differences in switching behavior between the dense and porous piezoceramics are due to micro- and mesostructural features of the porous piezoceramics.
