Ferroelectric Composites of BaTiO3 and SrTiO3 with the Low-Melting Additive B2O3

Abstract
The structural and electrical properties were studied in ferroelectric composites based on barium and strontium titanates with the addition of boric anhydride, which were synthesized by low-temperature sintering. The obtained materials are promising for creating electrically controlled metamaterials with bulk ferroelectric inhomogeneities.
