Electron Gun with an Auto-Emission Cathode Based on Carbon Nanotubes for a Powerful Extende Interaction Klystron of Millimeter Range
摘要
Abstract
The possibilities are considered of using an auto-emission cathode-grided module in an electro-optical system of a extended interaction klystron in the millimeter range of wavelengths. A theoretical analysis is performed of the design developed for an electron gun with a high ratio of compression. Limits are determined for the angular spread of electrons on the grid that ensure complete transmission of an electron beam through the device’s system of interaction.
