Vegetation of Сoastal Сliffs of the Black Sea at the Boundary of Abrausskii Natural Reserve
摘要
The bottom and lithophylic vegetation of coastal cliffs of the Abrau Peninsula within the Abrausskii State Natural and Historical Reserve and its eastern boundary is analyzed. Extreme nonuniformity in the distribution of phytocenoses was noted, which is associated with the heterogeneity of the relief. Landscape profiling was carried out with a detailed description of transects, which made it possible to assess characteristics of the spatial distribution of plant communities on abrasion-accumulative shores. Seventy species of vascular plants and 17 species of algae were found, including 15 endemics, 27 species included in the Red Data Book of Krasnodar krai, and nine species from the Red Data Book of the Russian Federation. The coastal water was analyzed for purity using the saprobity coefficient (1.94) and Cheney’s coefficient (1.42). The conservation coefficient (16.4) was calculated. Measures are proposed to optimize the conservation regime of the nature reserve.
