摘要

Abstract

In the largest oil and gas-bearing region in the Far North, the average degree of enrichment of urban soils (Kogalym, Tyumen region) with hydrocarbon-oxidising microorganisms dominated by the genus Bacillus was determined, which corresponded to a low and medium level of soil transformation established by the oil saturation index coefficient. The isolates were identified as Bacillus alcolophilus WS-3027B, B. funiculus LY-2403G, B. halodurans MH-3011N, B. niacini TC-8101S, B. psychrodurans LV-1106E and Curtobacterium flaccumfaciens AE-0851V. It was shown that microorganisms use different hydrocarbon substrates for growth, grow well at reduced (+10°C) and increased (+45°C) temperature, at increased salinity (10 and 15% NaCl), in a wide pH range, and have high competitive ability. The obtained results indicate the possibility of restoration of hydrocarbon pollution territories in the Far North with the help of bioremediation potential of natural microorganisms with high adaptive properties.
