摘要

Abstract

The current study reports Russula straminella, previously described from China, as a new record of macrofungi from India. Russula straminella is hardly distinguished from similar looking species by macro-micromorphological evidence, and cannot be reliably identified without molecular data. Morphological characters, microscopic illustrations, and field photographs represent the new record for the taxon.
