摘要

Abstract

The paper describes a method of concentration and visualization of data on the learning process based on intelligent tutoring systems. There is a synthesis of a combined cognitive map of knowledge diagnosis and of its simplified version at the metric concentration stage. The combination of methods of recommender systems and fuzzy logic and ideas of applied semiotics are discussed. These allow not only to concentrate and visualize data in the form of a combined simplified map, but also to enhance the efficiency of decisions made by the tutoring system (including display of explanatory text). The proposed data concentration and visualization method is implemented on the basis of an experimental intelligent tutoring system as part of the concept of a cross-cutting approach to decision-making. The process of synthesizing a combined cognitive map of knowledge diagnosis and its simplification is described. The findings of an experiment in the educational process of the master’s program of the Siberian Federal University show the overall effectiveness of the method and suggest further study of issues related to the use of cognitive visualization in an intelligent tutoring system.
