Abstract <p>Uncertain situations lead to the situation where available data for analysis are not complete or insufficient. Fuzzy set was introduced to provide solution in the uncertain situation where normal crisp set cannot provide the solution. Lots of research work was done in the field of face detection in last many years. But template based face detection approach could not provide the proper detection results in case of conceal face or when all the features of face is not completely visible. Considering current situation, in this paper we introduce a new mathematical model for detection of the human face when some feature are concealed. We implemented our proposed algorithm in Python 3. Our proposed algorithm successfully detect the normally visible face as well as when some lower portion is not visible properly. In the last portion results of the experiments are presented.</p>
